Red Bay is open and ready for new industry and expansion of existing industry, utilizing space in the West Franklin Industrial Park. The park is served by the following utilities:

  • Natural Gas – Red Bay Water and Gas
  • Water – Red Bay Water and Gas
  • Sanitary Sewer – City of Red Bay

It is located within one mile of four-lane highway access and within 18 miles of Interstate 22, providing excellent access to Memphis, Tennessee (about two hours) or Birmingham, Alabama (about an hour and a half).
